I honestly cannot say enough good things about Kayla and the entire team at Midas on Davis Hwy! ❤️ I have been to multiple automotive shops here in Pensacola, and I’ve even taken my car to Infiniti in Mobile since that is the brand I drive. After all of that, I finally found a shop where I feel genuinely comfortable and taken care of. Kayla has been nothing short of amazing. The way she communicates with me, listens to my concerns, takes the time to understand what I’m saying, and makes sure I feel informed throughout the process is something I truly appreciate. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and that means a lot! The maintenance technicians have also been absolutely wonderful. Everyone on the staff has been welcoming, respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I never feel like I’m being talked down to or pushed into something I don’t need, which is unfortunately something I’ve experienced at other places. I’m SO happy I found this place and can finally say I have a shop I trust with my car! I will absolutely be recommending Midas on Davis Hwy to my family, friends, fellow car people, and even my clients/residents. 😂❤️ Thank you, Kayla, and the

They are honest and fair here! Leo was awesome and a big help with everything and explained everything to us! I would recommend this location to anyone in the area or beyond. Our car broke down on the way to a doctor's appointment for our son and we are 2.5 hours away from home when this happened and they did everything they could to help us. Thank you so much!
